Question / Help Good recording settings for this PC?

I need help.
My PC specs : CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6 CORES 12 THREADS
GPU : MSI Radeon RX 580 8GB
RAM : 2x8 GB running at 2133MHz
There is probably nothing more you need to know right?

Settings | Output
Output mode: Simple

In the Recording section:
Recording Quality: Indistinguishable Quality Large File Size
