Hello. I'm looking for some feedback on my build. My main goal is to be able to play games at 60 FPS and stream at 1080p 30. Baseline, of course. Do you think this build can achieve that?:

Depending on the Game 1080p30 is out of reach for an i5.

Also yes Skylake CPUs support DDR3 RAM but only low Voltage RAM which means a maximum of 1.35V else it can cause Damage over a longer period of Time. I would recommend going with a Board that supports DDR4 and then make use of DDR4 anyway since prices dont really differ that much and why not get current Generation Technology.

Then theres a i5 6600K (the unlocked Version) on a B150 Chipset that cant overclock beyond the Turbo Boost Multiplier. So theres no OC possibility for an Premium Price.

Also the PSU you already purchased isnt the best for an quite high Price.

The Case is also quite expensive

The HDD has only 16MB Cache with 500GB for almost the same Price as a 1TB 7200rpm 64MB Cache HDD

I should've mentioned that I already have the hard drive. It came with this PC that I was given That and the optical drive are pretty much the only things I don't plan on replacing.

Well that cant be helped then but should be replaced in the future since a proper HDD (especially a SSD) will improve the PC Usage greatly.

I would suggest an i7 instead of an i5. i5 users are already inundating the forums with problems streaming Overwatch. As games get more and more threaded, less and less is left over for OBS. Its only going to get worse going forwards.
