Question / Help Good PC, Bad preview / record / stream stutter

Intel Core i7 4770K @ 3.50GHz
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (EVGA) 2 way SLI

it's not just the stream because it lags on the preview as well but my up speed is 11mbs

i'm using all the recommended settings from the website (3500 max bitrate and buffer size / CBR)
i don't understand why OBS would lag on my rig when there are people with a worse rigs streaming just fine.

^ VOD if interested, it's just a couple frame drops even though OBS says i've dropped 0. the VOD will freeze every now and then when i die, that's just because i was alt tabbing to look at the forums for help.

Can you upload a log file so we could look at the settings.

What is lagging? Everything (webcam, client, games)? Or just the game?

If it's just the game, are you using Gamecapture?
