Question / Help Good PC and 100 MB Upload and still LAg on Stream.

Hey, so i have a nice pc and a very good internet. 100MB Download, 100 MB Upload. When i stream i dont lag in game FPS, but the stream is very laggy.. When i stream in shadowplayi have 0 lag, so it must be something in OBS. Shadow play uses 4000 bitrate for 720p 60 FPS. In OBS I try 2500 bitrate = lag. 4000 bitrate = lag too..

Hey,

I'm not sure what you consider a good pc. This is a ok PC for gaming but really not for streaming.
i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70GHz - 2core with HT.

If you include OBS running + chrome with tabs like twitch, you sit at 4-15% cpu usage without streaming.

I could not see in the log if you were using NVENC or x264 for encoding. Drop x264 if it's the case and use nvenc but don't expect miracle as your cpu is entry level for gaming (minimum)

4250 birate / 720P60 - If you lag drop to 30FPS since your video card is entry level too
Low Latency - High Quality
Use Two-Pass Encoding
B-Frames: 1 for fast game up to 3-4-5 for slow game.
