Hi, i was wondering what would a good streaming settings would be for twitch with this computer:

I7 7700k
GTX 1080
MSI Z270 GAMING M6 AC
16GB RAM DD4 1.6
1T HDD + 500 GB SSD SAMSUNG 850 EVO
Internet speed: Upload speed 93.01 mb/s

Mainly aiming to stream rocket league
