Question / Help Good OBS Settings for my laptop?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help me find good settings for streaming or recording for my laptop and obs. Here are all my laptop components:

For streaming you'll probably be looking at something like downscaling to 480p at 1500-2000 Kbps if your connection supports it since your laptop isn't very powerful.
