Question / Help Good FPS in game, stream dropping even to 0.9FPS.

Hello!
So I was trying to stream Dark Souls 3, and I had really weird issue. The FPS on stream was really low, even went below 1 sometimes. I capped the game at 60FPS and even lowered some quality options in both, game and OBS, but FPS was still low. First I had some bitrate issues because OBS decided to set it to 6k, so I lowered it down to 2,5k and it fixed some instability. After changing some settings I ran the stream in bandwidth test mode and tested for like 5 minutes.
CPU I use is AMD FX6300, and GPU is R9 270X.
Not the best, but I think it should work fine. Any ideas on what I can improve? Except "CHANGE TO INTEL REEE, UPGRADE YOUR HARDWARE! ReeEEe!", that one is not possible currently, sadly. Should I change some more OBS settings or something? OBS log included. Any help will be appreciated :-)

Log shows a lot of rendering lag, so the GPU has no free resources for OBS to render the scene.
To free up some GPU power, limit your ingame FPS and lower the details.
Also turn off Windows 10 Game Bar and Game DVR.

Ooooh, right, I have the Win10 game thing turned on for DS3. WIll try that later and post the results. I already limited in-game FSP to 60 and lowered details quite a lot, but I will see what else can I lower. Thanks!

I would suggest that you're probably going to need to cap the frame rate to 30, given the amount of rendering lag you're currently getting.
