Greetings guys,
First of all i would like to apologize for my crappy english.
Lets get to the point.
When i don't stream my counter-strike runs on 250-300fps(sometimes drops below in huge actions). When i start streaming or do review stream my fps drops to like 150-250. I also tried to cap it to 150-didn't help. These FPS should be completly playable but the game somehow stutters when moving camera or shooting making it very uncomfortable. I must say that I have tried almost all possible combinations of settings in OBS- from high settings 1080p@60fps to almost 800x600(or so)@15fps but it is still the same.
OBS is taking 10-15% CPU
My specification is:
processor: Intel i5-2500k overclocked to 4,0ghz, all cores unparked
board: ASUS P8Z68-V LE
RAM: Corsair 8GB KIT DDR3 1600Mhz CL9
Graphic card: ATI R9 280x Gaming 3g
Primary display connected through DVI into ATI graphic card.
Secondary display connected through VGA into mainboard.
I will include a log file later today.
