Question / Help Good FPS, game stutters (CS:GO)

Greetings guys,
First of all i would like to apologize for my crappy english.
Lets get to the point.
When i don't stream my counter-strike runs on 250-300fps(sometimes drops below in huge actions). When i start streaming or do review stream my fps drops to like 150-250. I also tried to cap it to 150-didn't help. These FPS should be completly playable but the game somehow stutters when moving camera or shooting making it very uncomfortable. I must say that I have tried almost all possible combinations of settings in OBS- from high settings 1080p@60fps to almost 800x600(or so)@15fps but it is still the same.
OBS is taking 10-15% CPU

My specification is:
processor: Intel i5-2500k overclocked to 4,0ghz, all cores unparked
board: ASUS P8Z68-V LE
RAM: Corsair 8GB KIT DDR3 1600Mhz CL9
Graphic card: ATI R9 280x Gaming 3g

Primary display connected through DVI into ATI graphic card.
Secondary display connected through VGA into mainboard.

I will include a log file later today.

make sure to post a log

and game capture is actually the best performing method to capture games just some really special situations may cause problems but this problem shouldnt happen with csgo

well since you are running 540p30 on superfast preset the encoding shouldnt be a performance hit at all usually i5 2500k with a little oc can run 720p30 + csgo just fine with a solid 200fps average.

one source which can cause problems is your webcam in certain situations the webcam can cause fps drops i usually recommend using 540p on a webcam or even 480p since you usually dont use fullscreen webcams except you are a female gamer ... (Kappa)

you have some duplicated frames but they are in the 0.xx% area so thats somehwat fine and should only me a problem with the stream and not your ingame performance

as a troubleshooting test i'd recommend deleting all scenes then creat one scene with a game capture source capturing csgo and unplug the webcam while using 720p30 with the veryfast preset

dont know if you set any launch options on csgo but if not make sure to set the launch options: -console -high -threads 4 +fps_max 200

make sure to report back with a new log

have you disabled the preview while streaming and also made sure that you have no other flash player running in the background like your own stream on the dashboard?

So guys, i have been testing a lot and the BIGGEST impact to how my game runs has the OBS Preview. After disabling it the FPS drops, game stutter, tearing, everything is almost gone.
So thank you for your help. It is much appreciated!!
