I don't know much about CPUs, maybe you guys could help me out. I'm looking to upgrade my CPU since my stream atm is a bit laggy. Price should be within 200 euros. Right now I'm using AMD Athlon X4 740 Quad Core.

One CPU I saw was AMD FX-8350 - 8 cores. Is that good one for streaming? I'm mostly streaming H1z1 and csgo. Or is there any better one? I saw lots of people are using intel cpus.

I don't keep track of AMD very much but Google says the Athlon X4 740 uses a socket FM2 chipset while the FX-8350 uses AM3+. I think you'll be limited to FM2 processors, the best of which looks like the A10-6800K. Upgrading to Intel would be ideal but I'm not sure you'll get much on your budget going that route.

Its pretty hard. The best CPU for streaming right now is an i7, either the 6700K or the 5820K (thats the one what i have and it can do 1080p 60fps with faster preset with almost any popular game).
For your budget, the FX 8350 is OK. As long you dont overclock it, any AM3+ Board that is compatible with that CPU is enough. If you wanna overclock it, you have to go with the best boards like ASUS ROG, cheap boards cant handle the heat/power usage.
