Question / Help Good computer,But low FPS,and drops.

Hello guys,I'm streaming CSGO,And I get FPS about 150-200 When I had 300 before streaming,and sometimes I get lag spikes,or even it goes down to 70-100.
I use OBS,maybe the settings are wrong,I don't even know!
Could you give me advice or help please? :)

My PC stats:
I7 4790K CPU
R9 280X GPU
8GB Ram.

Letting your game run without an FPS cap will kill performance. As is often mentioned in these threads about CS:GO please try limiting your in-game frame rate with vsync or the fps_max cvar to something closer to your monitor's refresh rate. You should also consider downscaling your stream to 1280x720, since high motion content will look terrible at 1080p within Twitch's bitrate limits.
