I can't find global source in OBS studio vs standard version, I use video surveillance camera and I need to leave the stream up, because I have a lag everytime that I pick up a new stream changing from scenes.

Any source you create is automatically made global. You can reuse it by "adding existent" (I use OBS in Spanish; the name should be different)
