Question / Help Global Source was working, now shows video multiplied by 8

My Global Source, AmarecLive TV viewing a Dazzle DVC100 Capture card on Windows 8 64bit computer.

Everything was working great and then I went to turn a mic on and the video instantly went from very good quality to absolutely horrendous and has 4 of what I am capturing along the bottom, then 8, then 16 until it becoms a giant mash.I streamed with the EXACT same set up for 4 hours, but now I cannot get this to work. It either crashes or I get just a red screen.

I believe we have some of the stream footage recorded, I will post it later today.

In fixing it I also got the red box, but the issue didn't happen until I went to enable the mic so we could be heard on the stream.
