Global/Non-Global Hotkeys

While I can totally appreciate that the hotkeys are HIGHLY customizable, it is a bit awkward to have things like the transition types linked to non-industry standard "space" and "enter" by default. It should be an easy addition (thanks to the already existing ability to have multiple hotkeys for specific actions) to have an additional checkbox per shortcut that enables a "global" option. This would allow for the opposite of what is available under advanced: "Disable hotkeys when main window is in focus". Essentially, I would look to have "space" and "enter" used as hotkeys for cut/dissolve when the window is in focus (Along with other shotcuts that shouldn't require complex keystrokes), and then some complex ctrl-alt-[whatever] for when the OBS is not in focus.

By "non-industry standards", I mean that space and enter are the standard but to attach them with ctrl-alt-enter or ctrl-alt-space are not.
