Glitchy video capture from both c922 and Brio webcam

Hi, I've been struggling with this issue where my webcam stream is glitchy (not dropping frames, think of like a glitch filter) when it only displays in OBS. I've tried other programs to see if this issue persists. Through Logitech Hub/Capture and Nvidia broadcast, it seems to display perfectly. The only program where I can display to my desired resolution and fps is on Broadcast, which is 1080p@60fps, the display window looks fine. Though when I start up OBS, it instantly starts to glitch out. I'm at a loss of what could be the issue at this point.

I've had this issue with my previous c922 as well, but I've recently upgrade my camera.

I've had the same problem with BRIOs as well, never resolved. Have two of them sitting on my shelf because they look great on-paper, but are actually absolutely horrible little wretched basket cases that will regularly crash at the best of times, sometimes to the point of taking down the host system.

That's what I'm finding out, I've been having issues with USB devices (and the same issue suddenly with my old c922) after a recent motherboard upgrade as an aside and I'm wondering if my problem could be resolved with a different one.

My point of confusion is that most of the problems only arise in OBS, it doesn't seem to pop up anywhere else.

Figured it out. OBS doesn't play nice with some certain webcam drivers.

I used my phone as a webcam for a bit and had the software and drivers installed, but it was causing audio crackling, and glitching video from all my other webcams. I uninstalled the software and it all works now.
