Question / Help Glitchy Screen! (Geometry Dash, osu!)

I play geometry dash or osu! and i get repeated fuzz and glitchy stuff all over my game. I have tried settings and game capture settings, but neither worked! It works fine on other games, such as COD or CSGO. I am trying to run a Youtube channel, and this is really setting me back. Help! Proof- https://youtu.be/W4xKWCmR-OQ

You have a Radeon R9 graphics card. That REQUIRES you to use obs studio and enable multi-adapter compatibility hooking on your game capture source for ALL opengl games.
