Question / Help Glitchy Recordings

Hi,
When I play Fortnite and record it but it just lags in my recordings and probably only get about 5fps.
But I turn my fps on my game and it says 60+ fps,

Your recording lags because Fortnite is taking all of your PC's resources

Try using QuickSync to record your video. In addition, downscale your recording to 720p.
