Question / Help Glitchy Audio while streaming (even offline)

For some reason when I stream my audio becomes terrible (even on my end, listening to music etc becomes all glitchy and crackly)
Even when I am just streaming to file offline it happens, any ideas why?

You can try to update your audio driver.
Maybe it is outdated.

Or do you use a headset (USB or 3.5mm audio jack)?

I use a usb headset, the Steelseries Diablo III headset.

I have been messing with settings all day, at the moment I landed on using my webcam mic for my voice and playback through my headset.
Because when I use my headset mic, there is like a sound clash, ingame/music sounds drown out my voice and the quality sucks.
Even still, the second I click stream (even offline) the music gets choppy, as well as any playback.

That's the audio when I have playback/mic going through my headset. Notice when I talk it drowns me out etc?
Also that's the quality i'm getting on 480p u.u

Okay so I set the playback to come through my speakers and use my headset mic, the input is fine in the recording now.
It seems I cannot use my headset to record the input and output only one of them, otherwise it drowns the mic out and muffles it. Which is troublesome to say the least u.u
