Probably two instances of OBS:
- One produces everything, minus the GIF.
- The other takes that, adds the GIF, and streams.
If you're not using the virtual camera for anything else, then that could be a way to get the picture from one instance to the other. Audio needs to be separate from that. Or you can use a plugin to send both without using the VCam.
