Question / Help Ghost Recon Wildlands begins to lag massively when I start recording

I was planning on recording a little video of me playing Wildlands with some friends, but when I started recording the frames dropped down from a solid 60fps to 30fps and the game began to lag a lot. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Is it caused by the game or OBS?
