Question / Help Getting White/Black Screen using window capture feature

Hi,

I am trying to use the window capture feature to display 2 captured windows, 2 different browsers, within the overlay while streaming on OBS. The problem is whenever I attempt to use firefox i get a white screen and chrome, edge etc a black screen.

I have seen people say turn off hardware acceleration but this is not an option I would like to explore.

Is there anything I could do to get this to work... whether it be update something, make a change etc.

no there is no way to capture with hardware acceleration enabled except sometimes screen capture

Without disabling hardware acceleration, you can only use display capture to capture Firefox.
