So i have been noticing issue when i have been using DaVinci Resolve to encode my files and capturing at 30fps, where basically the encoded file that Resolve puts out is not smooth and very juddery when panning the camera around in a game. I have been told its because OBS is capturing at a variable frame rate and need to be constant frame rate, i was under the impression that OBS always used constant frame rate?.

can you see anything that might be the cause of the un-smooth playback?
How can i make sure what when i capture its using constant frame rate not variable??
