Question / Help Getting Two Delayed Desktop Audio's

Been getting frusterated with this one, OBS is playing two desktop audio's with a delay between each. I dont have my stream up, and my mic is muted. I have one desktop audio and mic/aux channels in my mixer. WTF is causing this?
