Question / Help Getting the most out of my pc

Hey guys, I started streaming a few days ago and I really want to do it for a very long time, however I feel I am not getting the most out of my pc. I mainly stream Dayz at 720p 30fps (when I'm streaming I can't pass 45/50fps), not sure if I can 1080p?

I'll post my computer and internet info, I don't know if you need anything else. Just reminding if it is possible to minimize the impact on my cpu as much as possible that would be great, I could use a few extra frames in game.

CPU: i5 2500k 3.30GHz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX560 Ti
RAM: 8GB Kingston
MOTHERBOARD: P8H61 PRO
PSU: HALFMMAN 700W
SSD: 64GB Kingston
HDD: 500gb SATA 2

Your settings seem about as good as you can get. If you want more quality, the best way to do that is by more bitrate honestly.

Does bitrate reduces my fps? I'm sorry if it is a stupid question..

Bit rate doesn't affect FPS.
