Question / Help Getting really bad lag in-game while streaming

So i've been messing with the settings and nothing seems to work, can someone take a look at the log and try to figure out what i need to change?

Here is a new log, when i was messing with it not to long ago, i reinstalled, and messed with a few things, but im still getting really bad FPS drops. Can someone lead me in the right direction?
