Question / Help Getting Pixelated Stream + Recording

Hiya Everyone ^^

I just got a new Webcam and its my first time using OBS !
As I was Streaming today my Stream was super pixelated... :c

I have tried changing Bitrates, using different resolutions and different encoders but with no improvements q.q
I play Rocket League and desperatly wanna get rid of these pixels..

thats weird seeing as ive been recording and streaming alot to test all the different settings ive tried
