Question / Help Getting no video from Guild Wars 2

I have browsed around the forums at other people reporting similar issues to what I am having but none of them have been able to help thus far. When I initially downloaded OBS I was able to get it to work without any issues. Next day I get nothing but black screen when I attempt to stream/record. Other things seem to work without issue. Below is the log file from the last time I attempted to stream/record. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Also just noticed that if I set it up to record with the "Software Capture" option it works. Just doesn't work with the "Game Capture" option.

Are you using some sort of graphics mod? There's a popular one out there that uses some custom D3D9.dll and it will interfere with Game Capture. SweetFX or something?
