Hey!

I stream CSGO mainly and when I am not streaming I get 300+ fps. When I start streaming my FPS goes from 300+ to 30-80. What could possibly be causing this issue? I have analyzed the log file and all it says is "Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture".

My specs are:

  • i7 4790k
  • GTX 760
  • MSI 797 G45
My OBS settings:

log file: https://gist.github.com/2e075d2122417e425afe

My upload is 5mbps and my gear seems to be good enough to be streaming at 720p 60fps. So if anyone has any suggestions, thank you!!

Lower your webcam resolution to 1280x720 and set its audio device to "None", then try again. You can also go to Settings > Advanced and uncheck the "Force desktop audio to use video timestamps as a base for audio time" and "Use Mic QPC timestamps" if either are enabled.
