Question / Help Getting lots of lagged frames

Not sure why... I was Ok about a week ago, but now I am getting tons of lagged frames. (I mean around 50% of my frames are lagged frames)... I've even lowered my stream and game settings and it stays the same.. This problem does not occur when I preview stream, only when I start the stream. And it has never happened before. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well I messed around with the settings today, but other than that, they were the same as last week and past streams.

you need to disable sli if possible. change the preset to veryfast and lower the fps 30. this is a more convenient setup for a laptop.
