Question / Help Getting lost frames when this happens

I set my bit rate to 1000kbps, which is proper for my connection. However at times I see it exceeds that. I highlighted it on the screenshot with the orange border, even though I set it for 1000kbps, which I am getting 1328? I start to loose frames when it exceeds about 1700kbps.

its really hard to get a actually constant bitrate ... im currently on the same quest but its really hard to realize

you could set your buffer to a lower rate, like bitrate of 1000 and a buffer of 800 but this might also result into worse quality

other than that i just saw that you try to stream 60 fps with that bitrate almost no matter what resolution your quality is going to look quite bad, just as a sidenote

I get dropped frames only when it exceeds 1700kbps or so, what i want to know is, even though i set it for 1000k as constant bitrate and buffer, why is this thing exceeding it?
