Question / Help Getting lags on stream

Hi guys,

I've recently started streaming, but I have some small issues.

1st issue:
Getting some weird FPS drops, even though I dont think I should with this PC and 720p30fps streaming.

2nd issue:
Viewers tells me that the stream freezes for 3-4 seconds maybe 1-2 times each minute, but I dont feel anything ingame. What could be the issue? It's not buffering, it's specifically a freeze. Also I'm sitting on a 60/60 Fiber connection.

You're not really getting any late frames or dropped frames, so any freezing would be a playback issue on Twitch.

As for the performance impact on the game, you're already using NVENC, so there shouldn't be much impact. From my experience dealing with CS:Go players, they tend to be ridiculously sensitive to frame rate fluctuations, even above their refresh rate, so my general recommendation is that if you're sensitive to that, you should get another computer for encoding.
