Ive been streaming CS:GO for a while now and been able to stream 60FPS 2500BR without any problems, now all of a sudden the second I touch the game and im streaming it rockets from like 70% to 100%. Any reason why this is happening or anyway to stop it?

Here is the a log from my last attempt to stream

  9. 11:55:38: max bitrate: 2500
  10. 11:55:38: buffer size: 2500
even on an ivy bridge cpu when its not a streaming only machine its a pretty heavy task especially if you try to play a cpu related game like csgo

quality will looks pretty crappy anyway with 2500bitrate and 1080p60 (~5000+ bitrate is usually needed or ~medium preset)

downscale by 1.5 (1280x720) and you should be good to go
