I am trying to stream league of legends but continuously getting unknown frame drops.
I tried to change resolution, lowering game setting and nothing worked
Please help :D

Do not use Game Capture, Window Capture, and Monitor Capture in the same scene. Use different scenes for each capture separately. Also, it doesn't appear that you actually streamed but just a preview.

you have a low upload,

maybe lower audio bitrate,
lower FPS to 30, or 24,
and maybe downscale to 540p

You did drop frames. Try enabling CBR to see if that stabilizes your bit rate consumption at all. Also, choose a twitch server close to you rather than using the global load balancer.

Can you run a speed test at http://testmy.net or http://speedof.me and post the results?

Also, 600 kbps is WAY too low a bit rate for 720p. I recommend downscaling to somewhere around 480p or even 360p, honestly. It will be a lower resolution, but better picture quality.
