That is too bad. Lots of Window 7 machines still out here. I tried to update the dll with MS's latest, but you can't replace it. I could replace it by running a temp Linux OS, but I have already installed Debut. Thanks for the answer.

actually win 7 pro will run 64 bit programs, just not the home version. Haven't tried it yet, because obs28 still not stable. But the last obs 27.2.4 works find and is still available.
