Getting error "could not access the specified channel or stream key"

Dear all,

I'm not sure why getting this error when using the stream key from my customer facebook account (copied key from event page), but no problem if i changed the live method to go live now(not use event feature), anyone has the same issue before? I have copied the OBS log files and attached, someone can help? Thank you.
