Question / Help Getting dissapointed need help

Hello guys,

So I've spend some money to get streaming pc.But i don't know whats wrong i can not play smooth games while streaming.. My game experince is just bad.

Listing my computer specs.

First of all I have 9mb upload speed it should be fine for 720p.

i7 6700k skylake 4.0ghz (boosted to 4.4)

Msi Z170A Gaming M5 mainboard

Msi GTX1060 6gb

16gb 2400mhz ram

Also My main monitor is 144Hz other one 60Hz

so basically those are needs to stream i assume..When i stream it doesnt lag people fine on stream but my game is just doesnt feel smooth,i am feeling like i have to downgrade graphics etc..

Do you guys think my comp is not enough to play games at 1920*1080 while streaming?

If so why am I having problems even in CS:GO 1024*768 ? it feels same not smooth..

I am sharing my settings if you guys need. Let me know if anything bad there thanks :p

Please Post a Log.

And try streaming with a single Monitor. With a clean Scene and 1 game Capture Source
