Question / Help Getting Black Screen when trying to record different games

This all of sudden started last week, but any time I try to record a game, I get a black screen. The audio records just fine. I have gone back to previous versions of OBS with same results. Video drivers are up to date, but I did back level them and tried as well with luck. I believe this started after OBS updated, but could be mistaken. I have watched several videos on this issue and am unable to resolve it so any help would be appreciated. I have uploaded the latest log here:

Ok, here is what I have done and seems to have worked for now, partially.
I de-installed all video drivers and software and updated to the latest, which I was already at the latest, but removed it all and started over. I then un-installed OBS, and removed all files and folders from the pc. I then re-installed the 32 bit version of OBS. At this point the recording is working, however, the preview is not. It still shows only Black Screen. So, for now I can at least record and stream. I will try to update OBS to the later level and see how it works.
