I've done pretty much every possible thing I've read so far in the forums for a fix, but can't seem to find a working solution. Video capture device is fine, but can't seem to get anything from the game. (Diablo 3 in this case)

Does D3 show up in the game capture list in its properties?

I'm having the same problem with game capture on Dota 2. I had it working earlier with Minecraft but can only get Dota 2 working as Window Capture which I know can reduce the quality of the game. It just can't seem to find the window.

Sometimes a reboot of the system can help, if it runs for a longer period. Driver should always be up to date and it can help to run OBS as an administrator (although in the gamecapture settings the lower section notifies you about windows that need administrative rights to be captured, so check this section).
Last but not least please upload a log file @BarrySwank. Seeing that DrSlaughterRex's problem seems fixed, maybe just start a new topic :)

Thanks for all of this, I'll give a few more tries and try what you guys have listed here. If it's still not happening I'll start a new topic. Thanks again guys!
