Question / Help Getting 60 fps in CSGO once I open OBS

Hey guys so I have a FX 6300 and a GTX 1050 TI SC, 4GB and 24GB of ram And I always use obs to record my CSGO gameplay and every time I record, I normally get 100+ and when I don't record, I get 200+ I have all settings mediums (in csgo) But recently every time I open obs when I was recording all the sudden my frames, drop to 60 and it kinda stutters I don't think I've changed any of my settings in obs recently, so I'm not sure what's going on if anyone can help!

You had to turn it on manually yourself. It's not the default. Go into the properties and uncheck the option.
