Question / Help Get Audio, but no video

Hello all,

I'm at my wits end and cannot figure this out for the life of me. I ensured no other recording programs could be responsible for this, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times but no avail. I've tested it with game capture, NDI source capture, trying to get video from my Capture card, but all in all I get the same result. Just putting in a single image was basically the last thing I attempted to ensure it wasn't something video related. No matter the source or what I do, I just cannot get video to appear (audio is fine). I enclosed a screenshot and the log which hopefully will help. Thank you in advance!
