Hallo,
ich würde gerne mal wissen welche Einstellungen ich für meinen Stream verwenden sollte und was z.B. unnötig wäre etc...
Hauptsächlich streame ich Leage Of Legends.

Hier erst mal bein PC-Setup:
Intel i7 2600k @ 4,3GHz
Asus P8P67
Nvidia GTX 680 OC
8 GB DDR3 1600MHz
BenQ XL2420T
Logitech C920 Webcam

Ich habe außerdem eine Uploadrate von ca. 4,5Mbps - 4,8Mbps

Zurzeit habe ich Probleme, das einige meiner Viewer sich über Lags bei Teamfights in LoL beschweren.
Meine bisherigen Einstellungen sind:
CBR = ✓
CBR Padding = ✓
Max. Bitrate = 2300
Puffergröße = 2300
Audio: AAC Bitrate: 160 48khz stereo
Bei de Broadcasteinstellungen habe ich den Server EU: Frankfurt, DE ausgewählt, weil ich dort den geringsten Ping habe.
Außerdem habe ich dort den Low-Latency-Modus eingeschaltet, weil mein Ping ingame immer hin und her switcht und es mir so vorkommt, als würde mein Spiel dadurch laggen.
Basisauflösung = 1920x1080
herunterskalieren = 1.50 (1280x720)
Filter = Bilinear
FPS = 50
Aero-Oberfläche = X
x264 CPU Voreinstellung = faster [da ich doch eine gute CPU habe hab ich mir gedacht, dass ich dort auch ein wenig weiter gehen kann und habe faster einmal ausprobiert. Die CPU Auslastung bleibt dabei eigentlich in einem angemessenen Rahmen, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher ob diese Einstellung eine wirkliche Verbesserung ist]

Keyframeintervall = 2
CFR = ✓

So ich würde jetzt gerne wissen, was ich dabei noch verbessern kann oder ändern sollte.
Außerdem würde ich gerne wissen ob mir die Übertaktung meiner CPU Vorteile beim Streamen bringt.

Quick notes:
I would recommend changing to 48fps for more smooth frame times (but it's not going to be the cause of viewer lag).
Faster definitely helps, and your CPU is strong enough for it, as you've noted. Might even want to try Fast if your CPU can handle it (it should be able to with LoL, not a very demanding game)

Alright, since you aren't dropping frames, the only way you will be able to solve the issue for your viewers is to lower the bitrate until they can watch smoothly.

Viewing streams in EU on Twitch has unfortunately been pretty hit or miss for many people, even on partnered streams with transcoding options available.
