generic china ip cam needs gstream pipeline

i have 2 generic ip cams. has decent video quality and i can use in OBS under media source, but couldnt get stable audio sync. i have installed gstream and i already have a gstream source in source selection... but i'm stumped at the pipeline input in OBS ... tried several with no success. any help is greatly appreciated. rstp used and working with media source was taken from onvif manager
