Generate an m3u8 link

I want to generate an m3u8 link,
Is it possible to do this with OBS?
if is possible, how to do it?

In Settings->Output->Recording->Recording format set m3u8.

I tested but it does not solve my problem.
I need to generate an m3u8 link while I make the live video on OBS.
the option you showed me only creates a file, but it doesn't allow me to broadcast in real time

You need to use a streaming service for broadcasting live, such as Youtube live or Twitch. OBS Studio is just a streaming client that sends its data to the streaming service of your choice.

But I am curious why you need this output live stream. Almost everybody connects to OBS the normal way.
