General question

I currently getting ready to relaunch my stream with some new addition. I recently got approval from Blizzard Entertainment to use a 18 second video clip from one of my favorite cinematic (World of Warcraft the Burning Crusade). I like to know if I can get some help with either a video guide or pictures detailing how I can go about doing the following.

I know how to set up a timer, However I liked to have the time and video synced so at about 19 second (maybe 20) the "starting soon" scene with the timer fades to the 18 second "intro clip" I made. and at the end of that it snaps to my Title Screen I also made. Can anyone help me in this effort?

You'd probably want to make multiple scenes, and control switching between them using the Advanced Scene Switcher plugin.
