Question / Help Gears of War 4 Black Screen

I've been trying to play Gears of War 4 on PC with OBS and when I got to try and use Game Capture/Window Capture while its in full screen it doesnt pick it up. Then when I swap it over to Windowed mode OBS picks it up but outputs it as a black screen. Any help or suggestions? Thanks.

You can only capture it with monitor capture, since its a windows store app. OBS classic will never be able to capture those kind of apps
