I'm starting get a feeling that the mobs of OBS is ignoring the people who still having problems with this. This problem have been going on since the beginning of January. And I'm going through the forums and see people sending an old forum from 2013. That don't even work :/. My laptop is using the newer windows and bet other people also using the newer one. I watch 50 videos how to fix this because obs team sure isn't those didn't work.
