Question / Help Games will not open when OBS Studio is open

I am running into a problem where if I have obs open none of my games will play at all. I can play the games perfectly fine when obs is not running but as soon as it comes on any game I have open or try to open will crash and give me a "unknown error" message. My graphics car is fully up to date and all my games are up to date. I have obs studio 17.0.2
