Question / Help Games will not capture in any method

Ok, so I've tried at least two games so far that I can't seem to capture video of. Their audio is fine, but the video doesn't show up. It's always a black screen.

Both run full screen and have no method of windowed mode. I've tried Monitor and Game Capture, and Window Capture doesn't allow it.

try double clicking your game capture and stretch image to screen, then previewing then press ctrl f with the obs window in the foreground.

Tried that, didn't work.

the game in question also needs to be the actively selected task in order to run.
