So I got a new CPU yesterday and I also upgraded to Windows 10 at the same time and I've noticed that everytime OBS is launched some games stutter a lot, the FPS counter still says 60 but the games stutter a lot.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790k
GPU: AMD R9 280x
Motherboard: Maximus VII Hero
OS: Windows 10
