Games start to lag when i'm recording, but in task manager CPU load is less than 50%.

I'm using OBS replay buffer function to record clips like in shadowplay. I can't understand why am i getting freezes in some games when i'm recording, but my CPU is never utilized more than 50% and RAM usage is 10/16 Gb. Maybe it has something to do with ram speed? Pls help
