I'm not sure what is causing this but I'm seeing a very quick fps drop while I stream.
I've tried changing a number of the settings. I use Quick sync but I've also trued x264 and it has the same effect.
I've lowered the bitrate from 3000 max and buffer size to 2000 but no change. I've tried lowering the fps as well from 60 to 45 and that didn't change anything either.
The game runs very well I don't see a lot of strain on my video card while streaming overwatch but these spikes are driving me nuts since it's an FPS. This happens with other games like the witcher 3 however a game like stardew valley I had no issues with.

There are a couple of good spikes around 37 seconds.
